DAVOS, Switzerland (Reuters) – While authorities debt levels are hiking around the field, with debt burdens in emerging markets rising at the moment, up to now there isn’t evidence of a systemic debt disaster, however there are risks ahead, World Monetary Fund First Deputy Managing Director Gita Gopinath said on Wednesday.
